Outstanding customer service!
One of my lanterns was missing the battery cover. When I called about this they immediately reshipped the order at no charge. Can't ask for better customer service than that. As for the lanterns, they're great - just what I wanted.

One wont turn on due to faulty on off switch
Cute but, one of them has a faulty switch so it doesn't stay on. I have to hold the on button so it stays on. How about a replacement for one Oriental Trading? Usually happy with your stuff but, unfortunately this one was broken.
