Great tinsel garland!
Better than i expected! This is really great tinsel garland. It reminds me of a hula skirt, the way it is put together. There is a nice silver material at the top to hold it together and tie it into place. Really great quality and I can't wait to see it hanging at my niece's birthday party! Very pretty! Good quality!
