What is the best way to get the fold wrinkles out of this costume?

BEST ANSWER: You definitely don't want to apply any heat to it, as it may melt. We suggest storing it flat, perhaps putting some weight on it to press any wrinkles or folds out.
how large is the opening? Would a woman size 22-24 be able to wear it?

BEST ANSWER: to fit a 22-24 on me who is probably a 20-22 Just barely - kind of depends on how she is proportioned. I took the elastic out of the waist which helped my fit, but I am large busted and it was a little tight on me. Shoes and hat were great fits - on me.
