BEST ANSWER: 80 in total. 20 of each design and 20 picks. Used just the picks for 40th bday and was a hit. Guests kept the picks. Felt the wrappers were too big. Better for muffins. Picks are a bit large too, just stuck them around apps and in dips for decor. Picture worthy for parties
