BEST ANSWER: These balloons are not considered biodegradable.
I'm just worried about the quality of this product due to the one review that has been posted. I'm planning on using these for a balloon drop for my New Years Eve wedding. I don't have a lot of time to worry about potential problems. Beside the one review/order, is this a good selling product & of good quality? Thank you!
