Surprisingly sturdy
These are surprisingly nice. I ordered one set to use in making Victorian tussie mussies for Christmas this year and I will be ordering more. The description says paper cones, but they are more like card stock: sturdy enough to poke holes in and add a handle. I am very pleased with these.
