They do glow! :)
We bought these for a fun bug lab event for kids and they were a hit! They do glow as much as you'd expect an inexpensive temporary tattoo to glow and they are bright and colorful so you get a fun tattoo in the daytime and at night. We've purchased these twice now and will likely keep them in stock for our kids events going forward.

Do not glow.
These tattoos are flimsy and do not glow. They fall apart right away as you are putting them on, and they do not glow at all. Waste of money.
