We have re-ordered this item 3 times, and each time, it comes with a huge white box around our logo. When we upload the photo to design the fan, we don't see any white box and even called and were assured that a box would not appear. This is highly disappointing as this is a cute item and we had high hopes!

can I change the color of a mascot?

  • BEST ANSWER: The only colors you can change are the background color of the fan and the personalization. Whatever photo you submit is what colors would be printed on the photo.
