BEST ANSWER: Definitely. I ordered the dozen for a range of children 2 years of age through 10. They are adjustable for the differences. If you decorate them, maybe don't use markers, even permanent, like I did. When they got wet at the beach, the color bled a bit. Maybe use puffy paints?
