This foam balls are exactly what I needed to make Christmas ornaments. They are just as good quality as what I get in the craft store, and you cant beat the price.

The quality was fine, but what i was very disappointed with was the size. I ordered two different sizes, these that claimed to be 3" and another package that claimed to be 2". Unfortunately, both were half and inch too small of what they were supposed to be. I needed them for a school project and unfortunately had to go purchase the correct size at Michaels again. What i thought was going to be a good deal, turned out to be a lot more expensive!

Great Quality
Love these Styrofoam Balls. I use these to make folded fabric Christmas balls. They don't shed like hard Styrofoam, smooth to the touch. The price is the best I've found.

  • BEST ANSWER: Foam is difficult to paint. However, water based and acrylic are best to use. You may also want to prime the styrofoam first.
