BEST ANSWER: The measurements around the neck varies from 6.5 to 7.5 inches depending on the type of dog in the assortment. The dog collar bracelets are 7 inches long so they would not fit all the dogs.
Can these be used for cat collars? It sounds like the clip is breakaway, which is good for live animals. Has anyone tried?
