This game is wonderful, in theory. But a little difficult to play. For exercises that can be done bilaterally, should the # of reps be on each side or just one.? Should everyone do ALL of the exercises even when not on their play card? There was NO information with the game. JUST the game pieces. I'd love to get some clarification and proper instruction. I'd hate to have to make up the rules as I go.

BEST ANSWER: That's the beauty of this game. You can create your own game and rules that best suits the players. There are not specific instructions to follow.
