didn’t show up on light or dark hair. just made my hair hard without any color

Not Fluorescent - Muddy Almost Green
It was not bright green. It didn't fluoresce green under black light. It was not as advertised. If this is sprayed on your hair, it will possibly remind you of something that might be green. It came in a priority mailer box wrapped in opaque plastic. The package was not sent as priority mail. I'm very disappointed on many fronts.

Color goes on great!
I purchased this spray for a festival event in our community. It was a hit with the kids! A concern I had before purchasing was wondering how much to order. I ended up getting 18 cans of spray and 2 cans of glitter. We sprayed kids hair pretty constantly for 5 hours (including time for braiding and putting in pony tails or making mohawks) and the 20 cans was just the right amount! Most popular picked colors were blue, green, pink and purple.

Not Red
This spray is not red at all, it's more of a neon orange. Tried it on multiple different hair colors, and was just blaze orange!
