1/2 were not the shape of round balls
I bought a few dozen of these to use as snowballs for my child's "birrrrrr-thday" party which was winter themed. Almost half the balls were deformed and tried to resemble the shape of a ball. I was very disappointed. However, when I notified Oriental Trading company's customer service, they immediately shipped a replacement order to make up for the deformed ones. I appreciated that they took immediate action to fix this and I ended up with more than enough perfect snowballs for the party. Because of their customer service recovery, I will order from them again.

VERY Disappointed
These were such a great idea and a cute activity, but EXTREMELY POOR quality. It was very disappointing to see that only 1 dozen of the 4 dozen I ordered would even inflate. All the rest had holes in the seems and would not hold air, even after I tried taping/gluing them (which sadly I should NOT have had to do to begin with)! I would love to see this product improved as it would be a great item if it worked properly!!!

Cute but do not stay inflated!
I bought 48 of these mini beach balls for kids end of year party. While they are cute they did not stay inflated no matter how many times we blew them up. I would not buy them again.

Perfect size for the children to paint like planets.
I purchased these small inflatable balls so that the children in my home childcare could paint their own planets during our Space theme.

These were a waste of money
This was a waste of money. More of them had holes in them than not. It was such a disappointment. We bought these to have a summer time snow ball fight. It wasn’t much of a fight with the four that stayed inflated. Maybe I just got an unlucky order of them but I would not order these again.

Good purchase but buy extra
Super cute & fun little DIY beach balls. Quality was just so so. I had to throw one away because it kept deflating. A majority of the rest stayed inflated but not super inflated.

Can you color/decorate without blowing them up first?

Can we use stickers? I have a party with kids ranging from 2-10 and I really wanted to do this activity though I think permanent markers are out of the question, will stickers work? Will they stay on?

  • BEST ANSWER: Stickers may not stay on as well. We recommend using a marker to decorate them if you want the designs to stay.
