Not worth the money
Look cute from a distance but are incredibly thin. You can see right through them and if you aren’t careful they could cut you like a paper cut. They are so light weight they blow off your head when walking. No way they stay on a energetic 5 year old and a slight breeze will blow them far far away.

Super cute!
These are super cute and a HUGE hit with my 3 year old and his friends. They were a great substitute for traditional party hats and helped tie in his request for a Wild Kratts theme. I wish they were a little bit less, given the quality, but they were fine and served their purpose. My son immediately added it to his dress up bin, even though it cracked by the end of the party.

  • BEST ANSWER: They may be a little big for a small 3 yr old, but generally they should work. I used them for elementary school kids, and they fit great.
