I click on personalize it and there is nowhere to enter the names and dates that I wish to have put on the napkins!

I cannot seem to add my order for personalized napkins to my cart - why?

  • BEST ANSWER: There are two tabs for the item. Please make sure you have entered all options on the Description tab. This includes the napkin color, napkin foil (this is if the personalization appears silver or gold) and the napkin size. Once this is done then click on the personalize it tab and on +Add Text. Once the text is entered click Print Preview and if accurate click in the box. You will then be able to add it to the shopping cart.
