Printing is poor...
The printing on the napkins is terrible, it's bubbled and letters are missing in spots. Customer service was nice enough to have it redone and they came the second time in a similar condition.

  • BEST ANSWER: There is a shipping information link to the shipping information at the bottom of the web site under Customer Service. The link will also give you the option to see delivery dates based on your zip code. The personalization process can take extra time so if expressing the order be aware it may take an additional day.
