I work at a senior citizen site. Fingers don't bend as easily. Would people with limited dexterity be able to do this?

I realize the pieces to decorate are foam and glittery. But the red, white and blue back ground....how does it connect together? is it also made of foam?

BEST ANSWER: It’s been awhile since we crafted this but if I remember correctly, the flag pattern and colors are already on the foam backing. There is nothing to put together there; it’s one piece. Then you place the matching colored glitter foam stickers on. It’s a quick craft but the kids really enjoyed it.
