Good Ceramic, Lousy Paint
The lamp itself is fine but the paints are not. Most of them were so dried up they could not be reactivated. I had to get tubes of acrylic paint in order to finish the project

I sent this item to my grand daughter out in Spokane, WA, so I haven't been able to check it over firsthand - but it looked perfect for my very imaginative and artistic almost 8-year-old grand daughter!! I know she will love it!! The ordering experience was just flawless!! AND the item has arrived in plenty of time for her - so that was a HUGE plus for me - living so far away!! Customer Service couldn't have been nicer!! I will definitely be using this company again - very positive experience!!

  • BEST ANSWER: Our specially formulated paints are designed to create a resistant and glossy finish once baked in the oven. We recommend using only the included paints if you intend to bake the porcelain to set the design.

What are the baking instructions? Our instructions were accidentally thrown away?

  • BEST ANSWER: Bake the porcelain in the oven for 30 minutes at 225° F on a baking sheet. After 30 minutes, turn the oven off. The piece will be very hot so allow it time to cool in the oven prior to removal.
