Printed incorrectly
Loved the Koozies! Super fun! BUT….. one pack was correct and on both sides…. Second pack was only on printed one side and third back were printed upside down. They would not refund my money for the incorrect 2 packs since they had been opened. They gave me a $20 credit toward another item on their site. Wasn’t really pleased w that, there isn’t anything I need.

This looks like Front & Back personalization but I do not have the option of personalizing on back. It just looks to be open. ?
