Why can’t I see the writing with the font?

  • BEST ANSWER: Hi Michele! If you choose the font style before entering your text it should show on the picture as you type. Also the preview that you finalize should show the item with the correct font and colors. Please let Customer Service know if you continue to have problems by calling us at 800-875-8480.

Why do you have that you can select colors for background and fonts but when choosing colors it is not correct. I do not want to order any labels or stickers if I am not getting what I am ordering. I preview item and it is shown but description is incorrect.
