Fun & fragile
These were really fun for our elementary students to fill with sand. They are a bit fragile so I personally wouldn't use them with little children, but the elementary kiddos thought they were really fun.

A FUN CRAFT!
I have purchased these for several years now for our school carnival and also for kids parties ()lots and lots of them) . A few were broken or cracked, a few tops came off and some broke after the sand was in them, but that was only a few. The kids LOVE this craft! They have a great time filling the pumpkin with colored sand. I didn't make my purchase in time to get any last year, and they were disappointed. I recommend it for a fun craft.

Thin plastic
I bought these cute pumpkin necklaces for a church event and unfortunately some broke before they were used and others after sand was put in them. They are very thin plastic. The kids did like them but I had to throw my daughters out since it broke.

You get what you pay for
Bought these for a Halloween classroom party for 3rd graders. They used colored sand to fill it in. I liked the small size of these pumpkins and the fact that the funnels were included (quick and easy to fill). However, the plastic is pretty cheap. We had more than a few pumpkins break and shatter on the floor. They get a bit heavy once they're filled with sand. On top of that, the plastic snap piece that closes the necklace cord is weak, so they are very easy to come apart and fall/break on the floor. Kids still had fun making them but I wish they lasted longer.

Over 1/2 are defective!
Over 50% have holes, cracks, or some sort of a problem. Kids really get upset when the sand flows right out of the bottle. Poor quality.

How much sand does each pumpkin take? it gives size of pumpkin but not oz. needed.
