Not worth it
First of all, the product is labeled as a magnet craft, but no magnets come with the craft. Second, the cardboard was extremely flimsy. A lot of the antennae were already breaking off, and the tails of the dragonflies were delicate as well.

Cute, but poor quality.
These crafts are adorable and the children loved making them. It did lead to frustration when trying to peel: sometimes the cardboard came with the paper, so there wasn't a sticky place to put the sand. This was a problem especially with the antennae.

Lower Quality
The sticky part peels off of the cardboard backing really easily and it’s tricky to peel of the sticker paper without peeling everything off. Also the sand packets need to be a little bit bigger

Birthday goody bag hit!
I loved the price, size, shape of bugs, colors of sand, everything in this craft! Unfortunately, there were no magnets. I particularly picked this craft because it said the magnets were included, but they were not. Other than that, they were a hit at our birthday party. Kids loved opening their goody bags and making them at home with their families. Parents also were very thankful for a nice craft instead of candy.

Very poorly made
This cardboard was so cheaply made that it broke or bent every time the kids tried to peel off the sticker. I even struggled peeling off the sticker without damaging the cardboard. It is a very cute craft but the cardboard was way too flimsy

It says it makes 12 but the picture only shows 3, each with its own sand. Is there 12 animals, with packets of sand as shown in the picture for all 12 animals? Thanks for your help

  • BEST ANSWER: There are four of each insect in this craft kit: butterfly, ladybug, and dragonfly. You will receive four bags of sand for the twelve insects. We have animal sand art kits which are listed below.
