We used the sand art pots at work for our annual kids day in April. This seemed like a good project for various age groups and was a big hit. We also purchased the sand from Oriental Trading. There was enough sand to complete 24 flower pots. After we finished we planted flowers in them for the kids to take home.

Super cute project
These pots were so much fun! I had kids from ages 3-11 make pots for gifts and they came out great. This is a nice personalized gift that is actually usable. We used the assorted colored sand from oriental and it worked perfectly. I am glad I got extras so our kids can make them for their teachers and grandmas.
