The parasols were exactly what we needed and expected. However the customer service representative is the true hero in this story. The parasols were needed for a home going service celebrating the life of a love one and after sharing that with the representative, she went above and beyond to ensure accurately and timely delivery. Parasols will do for one event.
I recently purchased the pink parasols for my daughter'sbridal shower. The color was perfect ssshown in the picture, but the bamboo colored handle makes the paper look dirty and cheap. We will figure out a way to make them work, but was disappointed especially with the price!
