Patriotic balloons
I ordered 3 sets of these balloons for a patriotic holiday decorating job. 7 of the balloons wouldn't hold helium...5 of the red and white striped and 2 of the star balloons. The valve stem broke when inflating and helium just oozed back out. Other than that they were a nice size and beautifully colored.

Is the same pattern on the back and front of the balloons? (Blue with stars is on both sides?) ?
