Great customer support!
Somehow my order reverted back to my default address after I had entered the address I needed the order to go to...when I discovered the error, I immediately called Oriental Trading and they expressed a new order to me at the address that I needed it and gave me a return # so when I returned home I could just return the order that had ended up at my default address. The agent was so helpful and friendly and put me at ease immediately. Thank you Oriental Trading
