Great for trunk or treat
I hung this on the back of the bench car seat for trunk or treat, and it looked great! It was too long for the width of my car, so I cut it in half and double layered it. I used zip ties to attach the ends to the seat belt on either side and used clear tape to hold the two layers together at the top.

Used these for a beach themed party! They looked great! A little cheaply made but I still give it 5 stars!

almost perfect
This is really pretty, shiny and festive, My only issue is that the fish cutouts are only colored/shiny on one side. Fine if you are using it as intended on a table where one side won't be seen. I'll be using it outdoors to decorate a play fort and pool deck. When the breeze blows, the ugly cardboard side shows. Not a huge deal, but still.... Also using it to decorate around an above ground pool. The provided attachment method is irrelevant to me. I'm staple gunning it to a wooden fort and using mini zip ties to attach to the fencing around the pool. I can't speak to the adhesiveness of the attaching tape. If the cutouts were the same on both sides, I'd give 5 stars.

Handle Carefully
The cut outs are Vibrant !! The unraveling is a nightmare. I had 8 cutouts fall off once I finished unraveling.

Parade Bling
I bought this for a parade float. It isn't high enough quality to use more than once but it looked great for the parade.
