Purchased these for my preschool classroom. They are nice stencils but very thin material. Not sure how long they will last.

The pieces were too thin to trace comfortably. Many intricate cuts that move or bend easy while tracing shapes.

How thick is the plastic?

Are these stencils too small to use with sidewalk chalk or will they work well on the sidewalk with the chalk?

  • BEST ANSWER: Although the open spaces are large, I would thing that sidewalk chalk would not fit well unless it is the narrow chalk like used for a blackboard.

can I use fabric markers with the sea life stencils. Are the markers tips skinny enough to fit in the stencils?
