It all came apart!
I put this together about a week before December 1st. It took FOREVER to put together. Lots of gluing is involved. I put the boxes all in a bag and on December 1st pulled them out to find ALL of them had come undone. The adhesive that holds them together (the one part that I didn't use a glue stick for) is a joke! I'm not kidding. Every single box was undone. So I had to quick tape all of the boxes back together. For the amount of work involved with this Advent Calendar, it's just not worth it. I do not recommend it to others. The boxes are a good size, but that's about all I can say that's nice about this product.

Fun project
i bought four of these kits for my grandchildren. I really like the idea and the boxes were real nice cardboard. There were a few issues though. The tape strip was not quite strong enough to hold the boxes together so I had to reinforce everyplace it went together with tape so it took longer to put them together. They are a very good size also. They are pretty time consuming to put together.

very cute...easy to put individual boxes together...need really good glue to hold the "tree" together though...my daughter loves her advent calendar, but her tree is not staying together

Not Bad
This looked like fun, so I decided to give it a shot. I am pretty happy with it too. My only complaint is that the adhesive on the matchboxes is not very strong. The cover is fine, but I had to add adhesive to the drawers because they kept coming apart. The papers all seem to fit on there well, and I have enough of them to cover everything which has not always been the case. It is a fun craft, and pretty easy to do! I will say that it is a bit pricy for what it is though. At least the cardstock is much better quality than the "chipboard" that comes with most other "Scrap Your Own" products.
