Replaced cord
When making a sample copy, we couldn't tie the cord so I bought some fabric cord and cut it longer than the original. It was more difficult to get through the "believe" beads but it worked. I had them clip a small binder clip on the end to keep the beads from slipping off - then took it off to tie. I used it with grades 4-6. The tag was bulky so didn't use it. Some used the ribbon for a small bow. The kids really liked the bracelet and wore it. One used it as an ankle bracelet.

Great craft
I was pleasantly surprised with this kit. The stretchy cord is substantial enough for even young children to be able to string the beads.The cord is difficult to tie, but once you pull the knot VERY tight it really holds. I was particularly impressed that I could pull the cord VERY hard and it didn't break. Kind of scarey, but it works. I only gave it 3 stars for quality because the pony beads are not good quality and have lots of rough edges on them. Also, I haven't been able to figure out a way to tie a bead at the end of the cord so the beads don't slide off while the kids are working. I ordered 10 lots, 120 total kits, and i haven't gone through all of them, so I'm praying that they are complete. The extra pieces bags are nice, but they don't include the really important stuff, letter beads and crosses.

Disappointed
In the picture, the beads spelling out BELIEVE appeared to be the same size as the pony beads. They are not - they are flat. Also, several of the packs had missing letters, duplicate letters, missing a cross, or otherwise unable to use for an individual bracelet, making the order short of what I had intended.
