very difficult This was a very difficult,time consuming craft. April 27, 2011

Beading projects like this are always a hit with older elementary kids. I agree that the directions were ridiculous. I ordered many more of this craft than I needed, so I was able to put a few together as samples and in the process, write down my own instructions, row by row, with illustrations. We didn't have time to stiffen the ends with glue, but scotch tape worked really well. You may also want to have scissors handy. Not all the beads are good quality and you will have to trim excess plastic to keep the beading uniform. Bottom line: not art museum quality, but this project provided a lot of fun for a lot of people and everyone went away satisfied. September 23, 2009
