Not so easy to assemble
I was planning a bug theme unit for my kids. These are not the easiest to assemble, my youngest could not do it since we tried using craft glue and the pieces kept sliding off. So since they were getting frustrated in trying to make them we used the bug pieces to decorate their bug boxes and they turned out very cute. The kids could still use the magnifing glasses so it worked out great.

Needs improvement
These have potential to be great, but need some adjustments made. They definitely need to be assembled with glue dots, any other glue will NOT work. They're difficult for little hands to assemble, so adults must help. They are very cute assembled, but in the end I didn't feel they were worth the effort or cost for the quality. Some of my packages were also missing pieces, to be safe order extras.
The kids did seem to enjoy the magnifying glasses with and without the foam bug.

A lot of work for a magnifying glass
While the product turned out very cute my preschool classes were not able to help at all in putting them together. I think my class enjoyed playing with regular magnifying glasses just as much as one with a bug attached. Its a lot of work for a simple magnifying glass.

Hard to assemble
6th graders cant assemble these in a 42 minutes period. Not a practical at all.

Very Easy, Fun Craft!
I am a children's librarian and used this craft as a storytime project with about 20 kids. Using glue dots to put it together makes this craft a breeze for all ages! The kids loved looking through the magnifier and were so proud of their completed dragonflies!

Worst craft ever
using glue to attach foam pieces to round plastic? We couldn't make it work. Usually love OT craft but kids ended up being covered in glue and everything still fell off!!

worst purchase ever
I used these for ages 3 through 7 and none of us could get the pieces to stay together. We ended up with just the eyes and the spots on the handle. Was very disappointed in this product.

not user friendly
I found these to be very difficult for the children to keep together. I also tried to use regular glue as I feel glue guns are a bit dangerous around children. They have a lot of plain magnifying glasses to play with now.
