Not exactly what I expected.... When looking at the picture of these online, it appears that the hearts are sponge painted onto the piece of foam. But instead, a piece of cardboard with the three hearts are glued onto the piece of foam. My son punched a hole at the top of these, strung a bell and ribbon from the hole and used glitter glue to decorate the hearts and then hung them on the door handles at the local nursing home. Overall, they worked for what we needed them to do...... February 6, 2012
