Metallic Mardi Gras Babies
Mardi Gras Carnival
Our elementary school used these as toppers on cupcakes to give as prizes for the "King Cake Walk" game at our recent Mardi Gras Carnival. The babies stood up to being washed and were a big hit with the kids.

Cute, Perfect size!
I bought these to put inside cupcakes instead of a traditional King Cake. They are the perfect size and are large enough that kids won't choke on them. I use them during our Cub Scout Mardi Gras party and all the boys get a kick out of them!

The holes were blocked on many of the babies. Bummer!
I bought these because I was going into my daughter's classroom to make a King Cake with them for Mardi Gras. We made necklaces with the babies instead of trying to put a baby in the cake. For many, the string would not go through the baby because the hole was blocked by the paint that they use. I feel like this was a waste of money because we ultimately could not use many of them. Luckily we had enough for each child to have one.

Good for the Price
These were much larger than the traditional king cake babies, and they had a large hole in the top and bottom. However, I plan to use them for decorating, and they are cute for scattering, as a vase filler, or stringing (thanks to the large hole).

Great addition to our Mardi Gras Party
Purchased for our first Mardi Gras party. They were so cute spread out in different areas with the coins and necklaces! Were a great addition to our party decor.

Perfect for a baby shower!
I bought this to play "break the water" at a huge baby shower I held at my school for three teachers. These were perfect! I froze them in ice. We put them in punch and passed them out to the students. The students had to see who broke the water first (melted the baby)! Several students one prizes and we had about 40 there. My students have special needs so we wanted them to see what it was like to participate in a baby shower. They loved the game and the babies were easy for them to pick up.

King Cake Babies
The 4th grade class loved the babies. I passed them out while I was teaching a lesson on New Orleans "King Cakes". These babies are too big to put into a King Cake, but at least the class got to see them and keep one.

Even larger than I thought. We pressed them into cupcakes then frosted over their heads for our Mari Gras party.
