good project for the money a few beads were missing, but I had bought extra so it was okay. It was difficult to get them started for some of the children. We had limited time in each class, so many of them did not get finished. It is a really cute project and the children liked them. August 5, 2011

"All hands on deck" Get this craft, but have lots of helpers ready, therefore, "all hands on deck". It's a great craft, but the directions are complicated and children need step by step help. Also, the directions are black and white so we made colored copies of the picture of the fish so the kids could see what colored beads go where. This is only important if they want the yellow cross to show in the middle of the fish. If that isn't important, they can use whatever color beads they want in whatever order they want. To get the fish shape however, they will still need to follow the directions. February 7, 2012

These turned out great! I'd like to mention that the directions included were hard to follow because they were printed in grayscale. This craft would be a little tricky for kids under 10. Once they got the hang of it, they really enjoyed this craft though. August 2, 2010
