Beautiful pencils with a great message!
These pencils are beautiful and I love the sweet message! I bought the whole set: the note pads, stickers, and rulers. Everything was of a very good quality. My one and only complaint about Oriental trading pencils is the logo on the end of the pencil. I understand the desire to advertise, but it kind of ruins a good pencil. The good point is that after you sharpen the pencil a few times, the advertisement is gone!

not as advertised
I too bought these for school gift bags (public school) and could not use them because they have a "Jesus" saying on them. No place in the advertisement does it tell you this. If it did, then this would be a fine product for those who want to purchase them.

non-secular holiday item
The pencils do not advertise that the name Jesus is on them. Since I purchased them for a class in a public school, I was unable to use them. Although they are lovely, it should state on the information that they are religious in nature.

Bad advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought these pencils to give to my students for Christmas gifts. All it states in the advertising of this item is "snow much" prism pencils. When they arrived, it says "Jesus is snow good to me". While this statement does not offend me I am not allowed to distribute religious stuff to my students, in a public school. This makes this purchase a complete waste. The advertising should state exactly what is written on the pencil.

I purchased these pencils to place in goody bags for our annual church event. They are quite eye-catching, as well as a great value. I'm sure that the recipients will enjoy using them long after the holidays.
