really cute
I thought these were absolutely adorable!! They worked perfectly fine. Unlike the other reviews, the cups were perfect. The lids didn't fall off and the kids loved them!

Good, but could be improved
These are such a cute design and a great Idea. I wish the plastic of the nose cones was softer and/or sturdier, as they tend to crack quite easily. These were really not built to last. Surely making them in a nice #5 plastic would be a huge improvement over the cheap brittle plastic they are currently made of. I'd also like to see straws that reach the bottom, though you can pull these through to make them reach the bottom.

They're just ok
I bought these for my son's 4th birthday party. He's crazy about space shuttles, and when we opened the box he screamed he was so excited. We immediately opened one of the packages, and he carried the cup around the rest of the day, even taking it to bed with him that night. The next day, with the heavy handling, I saw the paint was smudged, from having a hot, sweaty 4yr old hand holding it for a few hours, and the lid wasn't staying on very well. But, who knows how many times he had taken it off and on over the previous 24hrs. We'll be handing out the rest at the party in a few days, and I'm sure the other kids will love them, until they use them a while. Also kind of chintzy not to design the straw to hit the bottom of the cup. I gave my 2yr old daughter one to drink out of, and she got really frustrated when she couldn't get her milk out of it, but would shake it, hearing milk slosh in the cup. Overall opinion - fantastic idea, not so great execution.

good for the price
Purchased for my nephew's 3rd birthday party. Birthday boy loved them!! Tops stay on and they're pretty good size. The straw doesn't reach the bottom like the previous reviewer pointed out but for the price, size and function they're worth it.

Cute idea just not functional
The straws were clear and don't reach to the bottom of the cup. My space man was so happy that I found space iteams for his party he didn't really care.

Not best product
These were a great idea for a space themed party, but the cups were very poor quality. I was quite satisfied with Customer Service though, when I called to return them.

Cute but leaky!
These cups are really cute, they look nice but are very poorly designed/made. The lids did not snap on well, and kept falling off, resulting in MANY spills (finally we poured the drinks in, and had to tape them shut!). Also we received very tacky clear straws not the nice black ones in the picture.
The NASA space store no longer carries these cups (that is where I first saw them and tried to order but they came up as "out of stock", I wonder if this was the reason. . .
