Tickets as rewards total success!! Instead of giving a money allowance, I decided to give my 4.5 year old daughter these red tickets as rewards for doing tasks. I created two charts with word pictures - one for tasks and one for rewards. She is motivated to earn the tickets and cash them in for rewards. She loves the novelty and enjoys laying out her tickets and counting them. The ticket system works way better than money. April 10, 2012
