Uncle Sam Noise Putty 3.0 5 1 1

Fun but average Fun 4th of July gift for inexpensive gifts but not made very well. Some arrived cracked with the blue goo inside spilled in the bag (I opened one without realizing it and it spilled on my skirt but the stain was easy to get out). Smells great (like soap). Paint comes off of Uncle Sam. We had a great response from those we gave it to, said it was cute and loved playing with the putty. Thank you Oriental Trading for making our return process of the ones that were broken seamless!! June 29, 2011
