Better Than Expected These have velcro fasteners and are made with better quality paper because we had them on kids ages 2 and up and none of them ripped. Great deal and I will be able to use them again at a future party since they held up so well. Fit ok on an adult woman but too tight for a larger adult male. Best for kids August 15, 2012
