Good Customer Service I had ordered the smaller ball assortment to use as prizes for our School's Fall Festival. I was disappointed when they arrived because the "rock balls" Which are not round and rather ugly where the dominant item. Out of 50 balls I only received two actual round balls. I called customer service and they immediately found this assortment and sent it to me at no charge and on time for our event. We used all the balls as prizes and much to my chagrin the "rock balls" were popular with the kids! All the balls were a hit and I am grateful for the wonderful customer service! I would come back anyway but that really went above and beyond as "outstanding customer service" and will keep me a long time customer! Thanks! November 9, 2011

There are better ball collections The best balls in this collection are the 1" super ball collection - for less money. There were quite a few of the "rock balls" and they were irritating for the kids - they bounce unpredictably, and the kids kept loosing them. The other balls were OK - not great. I was hoping that there would be more of the larger super balls - I had only one in my entire bag with lots of rock balls and some smaller super balls. Not a good deal for me... July 10, 2012

Not a good deal for me The price in the catalog was cheaper than the price listed on the internet. I had two different catalogs. The sizes also didn't match when I received my product. However most of the bouncing balls bounce nicely. I wouldn't buy this item again. July 7, 2011
