Perfect Cold Weather Costume! I needed to find an alternate costume for my 4 year-old daughter because we were expecting cold weather for a Trunk or Treat, and there was no way to add layers under her first costume choice and a coat would hide the costume completely. She was easily able to wear her winter coat under the penguin costume. She stayed warm, moved freely, was able to see, and received many compliments on the costume, The only problem was that the bow tie came off (it appeared to be hot glued on), but a safety pin fixed the issue quickly. My daughter and I could not be happier with this costume -- especially for the price. October 30, 2012
