Does not sit on the head My 4 year old son has been fascinated with graduation hats ever since his sister wore one for her graduation. I bought this hat for him to play a graduate. He was very excited when he saw it, but when we put it on him, he couldn't keep it on. Big disappointment. This cap does not sit on the head. So what's the point of even having it? I was going to return it but I thought it's just not worth it. It is a waste of money, don't buy this hat! March 28, 2011

No Elastic The caps were nice quality, but my preschool children were not able to keep them on. The caps had no elastic to fit each head size and the fell right off because they were top heavy. Elastic bands around the bottom would have made them perfect. May 27, 2010
