great activity
These are a nice activity for boys and girls. I tried coloring one with sharpies and it works. This will cut down on the mess of using paint. I like the traditional look of this Christmas time craft. They are of good quality and a good price.

Super Cute
I absolutely adore nutcrackers, so I bought these little guys for purely selfish reasons-I wanted them!! They are nice and smooth, no chips. Also a nice size-I was worried they'd be a bit small, but they are taller than I expected. Some have legs glued a little crooked, but its not a big deal-they still stand, and you don't really notice until you look closely. I am so excited to paint them, hang them on my tree...and I might give one or two to friends!

thought they would be better
Having married into a large family. My husband & I decided that it would be more econmical for us to decorate our own gifts for the 25 neices & nephews. I thought these little nutcrackers would be awesome... I was disappointed when I opened them up to find that they are not as well crafted as I thought they would be. Some of them are a little lopsided, some have large "chunks" of glue at the feet. I have not yet decided if I will be returning these or trying to "make do", as I am having NO luck in finding any other nutcracker ornaments for me to paint.

Lacking Quality Control
I ordered 5 dozen of these. About two-thirds were good, the rest were leaning to one side or missing noses. Had to make new noses for some and had to pull some of them apart and re-glue them so they would stand straight. Good enough for the kids to paint. Not of sufficient quality to paint for re-sale.

good price for quality
I bought two sets (24) of these to decorate and give for Christmas ornaments. They arrived in less than 10 days. They looked just like they did on the web site but between the the 24, 9 were damaged. I called the company and they were very professional and apologetic. I was offered a new set of 12 at no cost, which I received in less than 2 weeks.

Loved it!!
I bought the ornaments for children to decorate as the adults made ornaments of their own. They were so cute, the moms wanted them instead!!! And, the children had a blast painting them. Very good construction and not cheap looking, like some paintable ornaments.

Quite a nice project
These arrived in good shape and my students really loved them. Excellent for the holidays and as part of a unit on The Nutcracker Ballet. Keep in mind you'll need very thin paintbrushes. My students painted with any color/design they wished, and we had an interesting, lovely group of wooden people.
