useless I bought 2 sets of these, so a total of 24. Each one of them has an ink stamp "oriental trading.com GIE 1112" on the inside which transferred to the outside of each one since they were stacked in a package. So, now each had has a smudgy ink stamp. February 2, 2013

Great Hats These hats were exactly what our daughter requested for her birthday party. They worked fine. Just need a few minutes to put them together. May 21, 2012

Hard to assemble These hats arrived flat and have to be folded into a cone. They are very hard to fold without them becoming creased. Also, the chin straps were not attached to a few in the set that I received. January 22, 2012

Not bad - nice colors I was glad they came flat. We decorated them with stickers for my daughters birthday party. They were fun to make, but no one really wore them. The strings attach easily, but came out fairly easily as well. February 21, 2011
