Would not buy again Had a new years eve adult party- these were horrible when it came to new years. Half of them didn't work and the other half were extremely hard to make noise. We had to take off the colorful piece in order to make sound out of the plastic piece. Do not waste your money on these cheap things. January 6, 2013

Too hard to make noise! Though the noise makers were affordable and shiny, it was very hard to get them to make noise! The lung capacity of a toddler (or a pregnant woman) was not enough. January 2, 2013
