Perfect for small kids
Bought these as give-aways for school, halloween, etc- (bought the valentine day version too). 4yr olds can easily assemble by themselves. Kids love them and my kids don't want me to give away any from this 2nd set. No, they don't fly far or high (no breaking vases on shelves - yeah!) but awesome for goals like 'flying over the sofa' or across the room (and yes, they DO go 8+ feet if you throw them right) The kids love to try bending the cardboard in various ways to see what aerodynamics do. For the price it doesn't matter when they tear or get wet, Perfect.

for the price, they did the trick. hours of fun for kids! Inexpensive and fun.
They were easy to put together.

Crash and Burn
Very poor flying quality. Wish we hadn't purchased. Will be embarrassed to use as prizes.

No-Glide Gliders
144 patriotic gliders purchased for reunion fun. Tried 5 different ones and none of them glide more than from a standing position to the floor. Oriental Trading did have a good return policy though.

While you get a lot of these planes for the price,,, they don't really fly.

We give these to kids who come to our airport and take a tour. They are a big hit.

airplanes crashed
These airplane were the worst I have ever seen, I should have looked at the ratings, The kids did not even want them because they do not fly, no matter what you do. If I could get my money back on these I would. Do not waste your money. Look at any of the others, I thought I was getting the little wood airplanes.

Nice, but don't fly.
They look good, but don't even come close to flying, even with a tailwind, downhill, thrown off a cliff.
However, since kids can't fly an expensive glider either, they MAY still make a nice fun item.
