These candle votives with personalized stickers was a great gift idea for my kids teachers as a stocking stuffer
I read the above rating and thanks to that review I wore gloves and had no issues with this purchase
I loved them and so did everyone who received them

Not a good idea
I thought this little gift would be a great give away at our church christmas party. When I started, the glasses was dirty and the lables DID NOT peel off as stated in the review. When I went to try to peel them the first two tore so I had to cut each every (24) one out to be placed. I must say I was a lot frustrated and dissapointed not only did they tare but there was no extras to use. l felt bad about spending the church's money on this!

Cute and Cheap
Bought as a little gift for Senior Adults. Looks good. Had a little trouble getting labels apart. The print on the labels could have been a little darker. Had to buy a lot so it was a good looking gift for a cheap price.

Great Gift
Our after school program is having a play and wanted to give parents a little token. This is a great little "something" and at a great price. However, I did not read "candles not included", so now an extra trip will add a little $$ to our little something. It is clearly stated they are not included, just an oversite on my part. Thanks Oriental for the quick shipment, especially because it was a personalized item.

Stickers Would NOT Come Off!
I thought these would be cute to hand out to my employees. When they came in the mail, they weren't assembled. I did not read the fine print, so I went to assemble them myself. I ripped SEVERAL stickers! They would not come off the sheet easily. I ended up trying to carefully CUT them with scissors... the result? Uneven, ripped stickers. I havent had an issue before, but i wouldn't recommend the product.

Worst wedding favors ever!
I thought the product looked very pretty as a favor for my Christmas wedding and they were cute but the Pointsetta Votives do not include candles! It does not say anywhere in the catalog or the online description that candles are not included! Also oriental trading company does not sell votives to put in them either! I had to go and spend more money to get 11 dozen votive candles to place in the glass votive. Needless to say I was very disappointed and it was added stress to an already stressful experience and time of year! If I had known candles were not included I would not have ordered 11 dozen of them to give as favors to my wedding guests! I hope future brides do not waste their money on personalized votives expecting candles to be included and find out they are not and you can not even buy them from Oriental trading co. You should really update your product info to make customers aware that candles are not included!

had potential
The votive cups were fine and the stickers were beautiful. They should have been great. However, the stickers were very difficult to peel off and a couple of them even ripped, leaving me short a couple.
Also, there were no instructions or helpful hints included so by the time I got the stickers off the sheets some of them were full of my fingerprints which spoiled the beauty of the votive cups. Perhaps if I had thought to use latex gloves that would have solved part of the problem. The best solution would have been to have the stickers easier to pull off the sheets. On the whole I am disappointed that the votives don't have the look a Christmas commemorative gift should have and I will have to find a lesser use for them.
