Just about right I got one of these for my flower girl. When I got it, it was damaged but the company is sending another one - very hassle free. I would say the quality it good for the $8.00 price tag. It is not too shiny but not too dull - just about right. It would have been perfect if it just had a tad bit more sparkle to it. Regardless, our flower girl will love this and it is worth the money spent. October 2, 2011
